It was report that we went to the home on December 2, and February 9,2017, "brushed off" evidence and did no further treatmentOn the December 2, treatment we did treat, using gallons of materialI believing the "brushing off" the client is referring to is knocking down the tubes/tunnels, to determine is the evidence we are seeing is from active termitesAs per the warranty, we will retreat active termites at no additional charge to the clients. We suggested that the client install a bath trap access panel the wall behind the showerIf they did install this access panel, we would be able to inspect and most importantly treat in a suspected area of Subterranean termite infestationShowers, and most pipes penetration in the slab, are areas where termites can easily get into the home and not be seenShe had two other termite companies corroborate that that there is no evidence of termites in the bathroomI agree, the suspected evidence in the closet, above the shelf, adjacent to the bathroomI am sorry these other two termite companies did not catch thisWe did talk to the customer service timesMost of it trying to explain, about the suggested bath trap access panelI went out an did a quality control inspection on February I further explained about the suggest bath trap access panel and the reason so itIt is not required, just a suggestionI also, showed them the suspected evidence of Subterranean termites in the closet adjacent to the bathroomThere is a Subterranean termite tube in the ceiling of the front roomI went over various treatment options for this areasThe best treatment method being to down drill from the interior of the home to treat that roomThe is tile there, so she indicated that that wouldn't be the best optionUnderstandable, so the next best method is to angle drill this area from the exteriorWe did set up this treatment? ?
