Customer [redacted] account was charged on 07/24/and came back from the bank as a NSF transaction, a letter was sent on 07/27/as a notification of the transactionAlso, in the letter it states the policy will be cancelled on 08/08/at 12:01am if payment is not made (see attachment)On 08/17/Customer [redacted] called in to make the payment after receiving the notice in the mail and spoke to representative [redacted] [redacted] then had to call [redacted] to verify the correct dollar amount to reinstate and explained to Ms***s she would receive a call back [redacted] called back the same day to explain the payment amount and Ms [redacted] did not answer, she then left a message regarding the reinstatement payment amount and that there would be a second payment due days later because August payment would be due at that time (see attachment)
