08/17/16 Customer [redacted] called in to make the payment after receiving the notice in the mail and spoke to representative [redacted]. [redacted] then had to call [redacted] to verify the correct dollar amount to reinstate and explained to Ms. [redacted]s she would receive a call back. [redacted] called back the same day to explain the payment amount and Ms. [redacted] did not answer, she then left a message regarding the reinstatement payment amount and that there would be a second payment due 2 days later because August payment would be due at that time (see attachment).
