Good evening.I am [redacted]. My case complaint ID is [redacted].
34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;"> I filed a complaint on Saturday regarding Spa and Co nail Salon and Wine Bar. A nail salon I have been visiting for almost a year now. Unfortunately, I could not elaborate further due to the limited words count provided on the website. As a result, I was told to follow up with an email. The details that was left out due to limited words count is as follows:
Upon my arrival at the salon on Saturday morning. I was told by the manager of the salon, that I would need to reimbursed them $33.00 dollars for my previous visit after my nail technician has granted me a store credit due to me waiting an hour plus passed my appointment. In addition, the service that normally cost $26.00 dollars for almost a year is now $36.00 dollars. I believe this was done in retaliation. Due to my call on Friday, expressing my frustration with the receptionists unprofessionalism and lack of effective communication skills. As I proceeded to make the payment, I ask the manager if he will kindly address my concerns. His response was " As you can see I'm busy, and I don't have time to deal with you or you people. Give me your number and I'll call you." I have not heard from him yet. This took placed on Saturdayand today is now Tuesday. My intentions are not monetary gain. However, I believe I was treated unjustly and to an extend discriminated against. As a service oriented entity, there are certain principles you are to follow. That is to treat all customers fairly and with some level of respect. He did not do so in my case. Won't you please help?
Hopefully,
Ms. [redacted]
