This letter is written in response to the above referenced complaint. Ms. [redacted]'s claim of "being berate[d] and belittle[d]" is totally false and totally inaccurate - in fact, both she and her husband (neither of whom came to our car wash the day of the incident) were the ones who berated me both...

said "[redacted] YOU" to me and hung up on me ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS.This incident involved Ms. [redacted]'s 18 year old son who initiated the entire incident calling in (not in person) to complain about a service he received at our car wash. He was rude, angry, arrogant, and disrespectful. While I was on the phone with him, I was prompted to ask my cashier - holding the phone in the air - "WHO THE [redacted] IS THIS GUY??" (the only cursing I did) to which she said "he's a young kid" – I was prompted to ask her because he complained, among other things, that "THEY our attendants LEFT MY CAR RUNNING WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER ON IN THE SUN AND DID NOT PARK IT IN THE SHADE'' - a totally nonsensical statement. At that point I told him that he we would refund his money for the car wash as I was done being spoken to by him and told him that he was no longer welcome at our car wash. That was the extent of our interaction.Then 15 minutes later the mother called yelling and screaming about how I treated her son - she hung up on me with a "[redacted]YOU". Then 20 minutes later the father called - our call was generally calm - until I let him know they were not welcome at our car wash anymore - to which he responded with profanity, another "[redacted] you' and hung up.After that, they had the audacity to write a Social media review that referenced me personally and made this complaint to the Revdex.com requesting a refund - a complaint that also derided me personally. We have contacted legal counsel to understand our case as it relates to slander and defamation and we are prepared to pursue legal action to the furthest extent possible. As it seems the adult [redacted]s chose not to educate their son on how to properly deal with people, and then accuse me of impropriety when in fact their Son and then they were at fault, we've decided to escalate this matter ourselves. We will not be bullied or have our reputation soiled as a result of the behavior of an entitled and spoiled brat whose parents require a lesson in parenting. Any thought of a settlement seems ludicrous given the [redacted]s posture and behavior. Had their spoiled brat son simply returned and asked for the minor problems to be resolved the entire matter would have been avoided - but he was apparently angry about the car running with air conditioning in the Sun! We will not consider any further action on this matter unless and until the [redacted]s take down their public posts, rescind their complaint with the Revdex.com and have their son apologize.Sincerely,Chris D[redacted]
