I am writing regarding Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] by Ms [redacted] It is difficult to respond to the allegations made by Ms [redacted] regarding her waiting weeks for a response [redacted] from our claims department contacted Ms [redacted] 's the very next day and a letter was sent on the 28th of July stating that the claim was going to be paid for damage to her [redacted] ***Ms [redacted] was provided a phone number of the claims department so she could follow up on the status of her claim We do not work directly with [redacted] and had she contacted the number provided to her she would have received the information neededMs [redacted] was advised that it would take business days to process the claimHer claim has since been paid and is now closedFor the record, the incident occurred on Thursday, July 16th and the Revdex.com complaint was filed exactly business days later Regarding our employee asking for a tip in advance, that is not our policy nor has it ever been our policy at SP+ Parking and it is forbidden at all SP+ locationsSP+ Parking prides itself on providing excellent customer service and thoroughness with all matters related to the parking business and the customers it servesPlease feel free to contact me should you need further information.Thank you, ***

July stating that the claim was going to be paid for damage to her 2012 [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was provided a phone number of the claims department so she could follow up on the status of her claim. We do not work directly with [redacted] and had she contacted the number provided to her she would have received the information needed. Ms. [redacted] was advised that it would take 10 business days to process the claim. Her claim has since been paid and is now closed. For the record, the incident occurred on Thursday, July 16th and the Revdex.com complaint was filed exactly 10 business days later. Regarding our employee asking for a tip in advance, that is not our policy nor has it ever been our policy at SP+ Parking and it is forbidden at all SP+ locations.
