We have addressed this with the customer specifying on why she was charged $She packed in the garage on 11/21/01:14PM and asked for the daily rate in which the attendant explained it will be $until 11:PM and overnight will be $out be 9AMShe had not indicated to the attendant that
she will be leaving her vehicle overnightShe left the vehicle overnight and came back the next day 11/22/11:AM to retrieve the vehicleWe have signage posted in the garage that states the out by time is 9AM for overnight vehicles and the rate is $If she came in before 9AM, we would have only charged her $The $is for parking the previous day 11/21/2106.I have attached pictures of our sign with the rates and time specified as well the ticket showing the duration of her stay.I have also attached an email communication with her explaining the rates but she recommended a hour rate which we do not have.I certify that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in this letter and all attached documents, and to the best of my knowledge the submitted information is true, accurate, and complete.Please let me know if you need more information or have any questions.Sincerely,Karima M***
