Review: SP Floors installed our carpet in June 2015. There was a transition piece, going from my entry way to my dining room, that was not put in. They had a guy come back and put it in. He cut the rug too short and the rug is not under the transition piece. The owner had told me that she would send someone out to fix it June 23rd and she has not responded to us since. We have made several calls and sent several emails and she is just ignoring us.
They also had us pay $1100 for an upgrade stating that the carpet was a good quality and would last 10 years. This carpet is wearing already. It had started right after it was put in.Desired Settlement: They need to come fix the problem they created and they need to figure out what is wrong with this carpet. How can it be wearing so fast. If it is faulty carpet, it needs replaced.
