Soyeux Cream

the advertisement said trial size for 4.95. this was in January. today (feb 5) I see where they took out 92.67 out of my account. I got in touch with customer service and asked them to refund my account and was told they could not do that. then was told they could 40.00. I told them I wanted a full refund and I would return the unopened jar of cream I have.finally they said they could do 60.00 refund. there would be a 19.95 return fee. so where is 12.72 going? all I want is my refund and I will be glad to send this jar back. thank you.
