complaint. That being said, we certainly value our customers and want to do what we can to ensure that they are receiving the services they have contracted us to do. Our standard Termite and Pest Control contracts cover the inside and the outside base perimeter of the home extending out approx. 6 feet . We have separate services for yard treatments. This is our standard and I am sure that through the customers view point ,that if a technician had been providing services outside of that scope ,it would not be something that they would be aware of.  I have discussed this matter with Mr. [redacted] and have agreed that we will fulfill the obligation of continuing the services that the customer has been provided. That being said, Mr. [redacted] did indicate that the yard treatment is specifically for fire ants and does not fall under our yard service which covers for various types of insects. If the consume is in agreement to that, then we would certainly be happy to continue our relationship as we value them as our customers and appreciate their business.
