This business fraudulently advertises products for sale on-line but will not send the product. They will receive your on-line payment via Credit Card, check, etc, but will obfuscate, lie, and make excuses as to why your product is not delivered.

Business billed me twice for the same product and then refused to correct the error with deceptive response.On June X XXXX I purchased an item from business, lower receiver for a weapon, in the amount of $224.12. The clerk ran my card twice siting an error the first time. I learned from my bank they billed me twice for the sale. When I contacted the business they were deceptive in response to payment stating they had only been credited once for the sale. Not True! My bank confirmed deducted amount 2x the sale. Fraud complaint open with my bank.Desired SettlementIf they have not already done so, refund the extra charge to my account and to coordinate with the credit card / bank [redacted] of [redacted] for refund.
