Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
*** ***, DBA Claim Solutions, has not performed according to his contract. Behind my back, secretly, he got the exactamate and estimate for repairs from my contractor, whom I paid.
He has done no calculations for estimate of damages for the insurance company. He has originated no paperwork. His hired appraiser sent no paperwork to the insurance company as they required so the insurance company demanded an umpire take over the assessment*** ***'s appraiser was a NO SHOW at the final all important meeting with the umpire to represent me in order to set the amount of damages to my home and set the amount of money award
*** *** threatened me and my contractor that *** *** would report my contractor to my insurance company saying a lesser priced roof tile was installed. *** *** then threatened me he would sue me for slander if I reported his actions to any governing agency.
His first invoice was for $2,654.27. When he filed small claims court papers it was for $4,258.00. At trial he is asking for $7,for a contract which he voided by not doing the work he was contracted to do. On August 23,2016, his response to this complaint was that he handled this case professionally His justification for the increased amount to the judge was that he had spent hours defending himself to the Revdex.com.
I recommend your rating of Claim Solutions be the lowest rating possible due to *** ***'s disregard for the legal and professional way to conduct his business

Hello, I filed a small claims court case against *** *** Claim Solutions acted in the most professional manner possible, we increased her insurance claim from what the insurance company initially paid of $16,to $42, Our case is set to be adjudicated tomorrow 8/24/
