In April of I invested in a medical building in Colorado Springs, Co.(Bronco Medical LLC) with Sovereign Capital Group as managing partner The partnership eventually lost the building and most investors (A and B) lost their entire investmentWhether it was unfortunate market timing, bad management or poor judgment is subject to debate however, investor relations is not I have asked for all related and closing documents and all correspondence between the parties of the transaction and to date have not received a phone call, email or any other form of correspondence
I suggest anyone doing business with Sovereign Capital do it their own risk

Sovereign Capital has been holding my money and stalling the final payout for months now. Anyone other than (supposedly) a receptionist I try to speak with is "unavailable." I firmly believe there is something not quite right with this company. An "account representative" was supposed to call me either yesterday or today, but I found out by speaking with a "receptionist" that she is not even scheduled to work again until next week. My own Financial Advisor has informed me that as of February 1, 2017 they will no longer work with this company. I asked to speak with the Account Rep.'s boss and was told, of course, that her boss was "unavailable." Based on my experience, anyone willingly dealing with this company is asking for trouble.
