SouvNear

My company placed a wholesale order of 50 different products totalling 751 individual items for the purpose of retailing these items through Amazon. In fact, these items were directly shipped to Amazon warehouses throughout the US. My company paid SouvNear $5,090.38 for these products.
I am now experiencing an unusually high rate of returns on these products due to poor quality, misrepresented products, products with in odor, etc.
SouvNear is taking no responsibility to stand by their products or to even respond to the situation. I have made multiple attempts with little or no response.
These products were shipped from India. My company placed trust in SouvNear only to find that the products are obviously something less than described. This has resulted in critical damage to the reputation of Linkage Success LLC due to the volume of dissatisfied customers.
