To Whom it May Concern, I am responding to the complaint filed On September 14, 2016, the client called asking for information on an intervention S [redacted] Associates sent, via email, an introduction packet on interventions The client contacted MrS [redacted] to schedule a day and time that would work to hold the intervention As the client clearly states in her letter, they were late in arriving to the intervention cutting time short MrS [redacted] completed all services that were agreed upon in the time he had available do to the family arriving late
