I thought the project to remodel my bath started out well, on the surface it looks nice. I am most disappointed in the workmanship, the tile was not grouted the same throughout the job, it was very, very sloppy. There is a hole from a screwdriver in the wall over an outlet cover, and the baseboard was not reattached properly. I also looked at our bill and it listed "replacing the bathroom floor" as part of the renovation, this was changed to not replacing it but we were still charged for that part. There were countless times we were asked for more money for things that were not itemized. He left several "personal hygiene " items in the house such as shaving items and deodorant. I guess he thought we would not notice the hole or the baseboard. I will not use this company EVER again.
