First, Mid America Coach is the buyer in this situation, not the seller. Second, it is true that we were in discussions with the seller to purchasethe vehicle in question, we subsequently changed our mind. People dothis all the time when we are the seller. Just sayin’ Third,...
after the complaint was filed, the vehicle was no longer available for sale. Lastly, the person who filed the complaint is not the person that we werein discussions with.
