Good Afternoon,
We are very sorry to hear that our former resident felt her issues were not resolved with the office staff members.
Please find supporting documents that provide back-up why she has been billed for a month to month fee, final utilities...
and additional move out charges.
Per the rental agreement page 4 you will see there is a charge of $102 for being month to month. [redacted] lease expired on June 30, 2014. She continued her occupancy at the community until 7/29/2014. At this point her tenancy was considered month to month, therefore she was billed the month to month fee along with a rental increase of $72 from $530. In the rental agreement term portion you will see that “Additionally, Owner may increase the rent on a month to month tenancy upon a 30 day written notice. She was given notice of her rent being increased once she went month to month.
Regarding her questioning of the utility bills which are water, sewer, trash & gas, she did receive two bills. We send bills one month in arrears. The first bill is for billing period 6/11/2014 – 7/10/2014, and the final utility bill is for billing period 7/11/2014-7/29/2014. We use a Ratio Utility Billing System which is allowed by [redacted]
Finally [redacted] move out charges are a result of the apartment not being returned in the condition required. You will see attached pictures of the move out condition.
Please feel free to contact me with any further questions you may have regarding this.
Thank you,

I have been leaving in this unit for a year and a half. I been requesting for my refrigerator to be repaired and wasn't repaired at all. When I refused to pay my rent, they finally came and replaced it with a smaller and when they came to replaced it, they left all the food that couldn't fit in the smaller refrigerator on my kitchen counter. When I returned from out of town all the food went bad that was left. They refuse to replace my refrigerator with the original one. I am writing the owner to have my late fees refunded that they charged me for not paying.
