with a cable machine. A hole was put in the pipe. Unfortunately, this is not a unique problem when working on older homes with the original drain lines. Sorry that he perceived the plumbers attitude as "[redacted]". He felt bad that it happened. Unfortunately, it was interpreted in a different manner. We called owner to stop back out Monday morning 1st thing and were told problem is taken care of. We did not send bill out and cancelled call figuring owner had the work done over the weekend. I am not sure what website owner was looking at because our domain name has expired. We don't have 24 hour service. Owner's desired settlement is half off the bill. We never billed anything and cancelled the call. Instead of talking to us he calls Revdex.com. We will not be going back out to house. Max Hofmeyer
