[redacted], Below is my response to the complaint: We received the letter in the mail from the Revdex.com on 2/20/18. This is the first we have heard of any service issues with [redacted] at [redacted] [redacted] Hendricks MN. We did call the City of Hendricks and they hadn’t heard of...
anything either. So, we sent an email to the email address listed under customer information on the complaint at 2:39pm 2/20/18, still haven’t heard a response back. The City of Hendricks did switch the trash cart out that same evening so currently have a brand new cart. On the morning of 2/21/18, Scott [redacted] did stop at the customers house but no one was home so a business card was left. We would like to talk to [redacted] so we can get this resolved and to prevent this issue going forward. We completely understand how this can be frustrating. Let me know what else you need from me. I am rejecting this response because:
I have had service like this for 18 years and thus is the first service I have ever had with this kind of bad service. Coming to my home without being ask to cone us unacceptable. Yes my complaint is dated 2016, because that is the first complaint I have record of contacting you. So this is an ongoing problem with you company. It was brought to my attention by others that have your service how you rushed duribgvtge holidays and other garbages didn't get fully emptied. Christmas and New Year is not a time to rush doing garbage removal. I don't understand how I do things the same fir 18 years and now 3 years in a row around the same time my garage isn't getting completely empty. No one should be firced inti paying for service that isn't provided. Why should I keep contacting you when the same issue keeps repeating itself. I expect flawless service and shouldn't have to pay for the last 3 months. It's time it is documented so you remember the poor service you are providing.
