Thank you for your notification of the complaint.I too am a disabled senior I'm in my 75th year of life, have two replaced knees and I'm in chronic pain for lower back problems.Mr [redacted] has been a customer for almost three years He has been a frequent complainer and you have not known this, as in the spirit of good customer relations, I have always compromised I have owned Hill Country Pools for over years and it has been my opinion that in most instances we were not in the wrong However I have credited his account in the spirit of good customer relations. My staff has repeatedly recommended to no avail that he replace his single cartridge filter as it is undersized for the volume of water in the pool This makes it difficult, if not impossible, to keep the pool in optimum condition. Thus due to the consistency of Mr***'s complaints, my continued honoring his request of "splitting the cost of repair" when not at fault and my desire to continue to be a profitable business, please be advised Hill Country Pools will no longer work for Mr*** There are over swimming pool companies in the city of Austin and I suggest he hire one of the other services. He has mentioned that several times he has overpaid He is aware of the credit on his account as he receives a statement each month As I wish no further to clean his pool, a check was sent to him for the past overages If he will not accept and cash it as far as I am concerned there is nothing further I can do.Thank you again for your trying to assist, but as far as I'm concerned I am through constantly compromising with Mr [redacted] when my company is NOT at fault.Respectfully, [redacted] ***Owner

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: About a year ago, *** cleaned my pool and didn't completely shut the drain valveHe left the Polaris runningUnknown to me the water level dropped below the skimmers and burned up the Polaris pump He apologized and promised to
always check the drain before he left I agreed to pay one half the repair In Novor Dec2015, a different tech cleaned my pool He left a door tag saying he had drained excess rain water from the pool Again he did not completely close the drain valve and as I discovered a few days later, the water level was to inches below the skimmers The pump burned up as a result Although not my fault, I agreed to pay $to fix the pump It was repaired on 12/9/and I paid In JanI noticed that the pool had not been cleaned in quite some time I contacted Hill Country and was informed they forgot to tell me they no longer wanted to service my pool I tried everything I knew to reconcile our differences, to no avail I even offered to let them keep a $refund they owed me.I have a great customer to them and they just don't realize it
