Item was not in fact a 'dresser' as stated above, and although the item ([redacted], actually) was picked up, I have emailed them on December 3rd, asking where my item (which I own, paid for, and trusted them to move) is being repaired specifically, and how long it is estimated to take, and I have not received a response.
