Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever I am not satisfied with the response of the Office Manager. I wrote letters with NO response. I tried to
address the issue at hand with the insurance company and the Oral Surgeon's office. The insurance company had the decency to get back with me. Not a word from the Oral Surgeons office in two months and two letters.....When arriving at their office a fee was requestedThen a bill that seemed too large was received from the establishment. When I questioned it, much of this has to do with the contracting between the dentist, insurance company and the Oral Surgeon. We as consumers who pay for these services up front get stuck in the middle.....Shouldn't be that way.....So I can say this could has been rectified with A REPLY FROM THE OFFICE MANAGER TO HIS CLIENT. I would have never had to get the Revdex.com involved.....But since I did I got a response! And one that is satisfactory
Sincerely,
*** ***
