I found a pickup that this business listed on CraigslistI printed the listing and called them I spoke with them numerous times within a two day period and then told them I was driving down, six hours, to spend the night and then purchase the vehicle if it was as advertised Just before leaving I pulled the ad back up again and noticed they had increased the price by $ I called and was told that since I had a printout of the previous price that it was still a good price I told them I was leaving and would see them in the morning Drove the six hours and stayed in hotelNext morning I get a call and was informed they had decided to sell to someone else I told them this was wrong and they disagreed They are using Craigslist to get an initial buyerThen they increase the price in hopes of getting someone to pay more Dishonest business practice This happened at the Fort Worth Avenue location
I found a pickup that this business listed on Craigslist. I printed the listing and called them. I spoke with them numerous times within a two day period and then told them I was driving down, six hours, to spend the night and then purchase the vehicle if it was as advertised. Just before leaving I pulled the ad back up again and noticed they had increased the price by $1000. I called and was told that since I had a printout of the previous price that it was still a good price. I told them I was leaving and would see them in the morning. Drove the six hours and stayed in hotel. Next morning I get a call and was informed they had decided to sell to someone else. I told them this was wrong and they disagreed. They are using Craigslist to get an initial buyer. Then they increase the price in hopes of getting someone to pay more. Dishonest business practice. This happened at the 3011 Fort Worth Avenue location.
Love my 2013 F150 King Ranch. After [redacted] brought it back to life it drives and runs like new. When I tell people it is a salvage title truck they can't believe it. They always want to know where the damage was and then they can't find any issues. I tell everybody there is no reason to pay the price of a truck at a regular dealer when you can go to [redacted] and Southwest Motors.
