In any moment was the customer misled, that was stated in the previous letter1)the customer had the option to choose the tires he bought, tires were offered but never forced upon the customer2)customer bought tires knowing there was no warranty on said tires3)customer was present throughout the whole time and if he saw one of my employees repaired a tire he could have rejected that tire(i don't think the customer would have an employee persuade him)4)vehicle left in a good matter and could have brought it back instantly if he noticed a problem(all used tires are checked for leaks before installing)5)swt is not responsible for any tire once vehicle has left(no road hazard, warranty,or accident)6)what benefit would my business burning to the ground bring him, I think that says a lot of the type of person this customer is and who we are dealing with In conclusion, I don't think we are doing anything wrong and would think that if we were there would have been many more complaints(years) as this being the first one.Hope this will be the last rsponse to this case, thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business misled me from the startThey are tire piratesPlaces like this fuel the systematic mistreatment of the underprivilegedI try to save a few dollars on tires by purchasing them from the local business that offers the best price, compared to Wal-Mart, and then their terrible work almost gets myself and my fiancée killedWhy would anyone patch a tire in a dangerous spot? Just because a business has posters put all over the shop claiming they aren't responsible doesn't make them not responsibleIf I would have been hurt in an accident, and sued this place, I would easily winThis business is either totally unethical and poisonous to the community or it is so technically ignorant that they actually think they're doing effective workThey probably tried to sell the used tires I gave them (unwillingly)This shop should be closedIt's mere existence speaks to the entire community of Del Rio, and frankly the only reason I'd go back to the town is to watch that dopey tire shop burn to the ground Regards, [redacted]
Good afternoon, Dear ***, In response to the letter we received from the Revdex.com corporate office with the complaint from *** *** in reference to the warranty and reimbursement of (2) tires bought at this establishment, here is the following: 1)It is true that our used
tire pricing starts at $and does concurr with his dispute 2)the price on each individual used tire is based on the size, availability, and condition of the tire(which is why each customer has to visually and physically choose out a tire and price will be given for such tire) (difference on prices depends on a trade in basis and purchase prices) 3)the customer is often asked if they are interested in purchasing new tires for the reason being that the manufacturer wil often offer some warranty(in some cases it being a manufacturer warranty against defect of such tire) 4)EVERY used tire that is sold, is sold as -is,NO WARRANTY!Flyers are posted throughout the business as to let every customer know 5)If, and only when the tires are purchased new and present a defect, and customer wishes to file a warranty claimthe customer must bring receipt of purchase and said tireswhich will then be sent to the distributor and from there to the manufacturer, where they and only them will make a decision if tire meets warranty specifications and will then decide if tire will be reimburst or have an adjustment made on price depending on tread wearthis is not our decision but the manufacturers only! As for the call that came in weeks ago, which I can only imagine was about this case, I explained to the customer that there was no warranty on used tires, where in reply became hysterical and slurring bad language towards me,which is why I hung upHere are some attached pictures of my business with our flyers posted throughout the shop, Thank you, *** *** question or comments you can reach me at: *** *** cel.(830)765-email: [email protected]
