This is a Guarantee & Warranty Issue and Billing Issue:
We have had a lot of problems from this companyThe most recent and the last draw was when I called for them to service some of my equipment that stopped working we had just purchased the equipment from themThis equipment should still be under warrantyWhen I called in they gave me the run aroundOne minute they would state they were on their way, then hours later after they should have already been here, they would call & cancelOnce they got here we found that it was a very simple fixA month later I get a bill from them stating that it was operator error & that it is not coveredI asked them to explain how it was operator error when I was not even show the piece that was missing & that the last person working on the equipment was their employeeAlso, they stated that because they could not duplicate the problem I had to pay for the service call which is also not my faultI tried to explain, but their tech would not l
