Southwest Lawn Sprinkling Specialists

In September, 2012, I hired this company to install a "drip system" for the price of $1500.00. It took them 3 days to complete the installation. According to their paperwork, I had a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. Over the past year, many of my plants and flowers have died, probably due to lack of water. I called Mr. [redacted] to come and check the system, as I had no idea what could be wrong. He told me he would have to charge me a $55.00"trip charge"! When I heard that, I told him that there was no rush, but could he call me within the next week or so, when he was in the area, so that he did not have to make a special trip to come here, so that he could save gas. Well, it has been well over 2 weeks and I have not heard from him. He seemed annoyed that I even called him to check on the system. I am extremely disappointed in his lack of "customer service" and his failure to accomodate his customers. What a poor businessman and I certainly do not understand how he got an A+ rating from the Revdex.com.

I had my system upgraded and sod laid down a month ago. the crew was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion.my yard is beautiful now,(golf course green)and me and my family couldn't be happier. [redacted] is an excellent installer and he knows exactly what your needs are to get the result you want.this is one of the best companies in phoenix for this type of work. we will continue to utilize this great company for the duration..
