already been ordered the tire we could not stop the shipment, We called the company and tried regardless but to no avail. We had to pay the 20 percent restocking fee plus the freight back. Which is what was charged to the customer.  The customer became combative, threatening to sue and slandering us all over the web and the town. Obviously the customer has no sense of what is right or fair. I feel its unfortunate that he feels he was treated poorly but I’m not sure what we should have done differently. Even Amazon charges freight returned.
