Mrs *** wants us to paint her house a color that she did not get signed off on as per the contractThe contract says all changes must be done in a properly executed change order. If this was on a properly executed change order the house would already be repaintedThe cost for us to repaint the house would be about $3,If the customer would like us to repaint the house in colors different than the ones they selected, we will work up a bid and present a contract for that workThe customer must agree to work with the builder in positive positive client - builder relationship and any and all other items outside of repanting the home would be dealt with as per the original contract and warranty

There was never any communication after this change order was signed requesting the paint colors be changed. The house was painted according to the signed color selection and the contractor was paid.
