Southwest Gas Corporation

I am disabled and a veteran, my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 little girls. We scheduled to have our gas turned on while we were at work, when they came to do it they needed in the home, they couldn't get in the home. So they left without even calling! Never called, left a message, tried to see if we could let them in. After explaining or situation they still refused to assist us or come back out to turn our gas on until after the weekend. I have medical care that requires sterile cleaning which I now risk infection because they can't turn our gas on. This company is so lazy and awful. They have a monopoly on the gas in this city and don't lift a finger to assist anyone outside of standard protocol.

This company is absolutely horrible. I've been in my apartment for a month in five more days and I still haven't received the service I requested. I faxed in my lease agreement and ID and they said they never received it. So I emailed it to them. They never contacted me after the "three" days. So I called them to see whats the hold up. They said that they only received the last page of my lease. So I emailed them again one by one this time. Never got a call back, so I called them again. The representative answer the phone snickering and so unprofessional. She put me on hold after learning it was I who was calling again. After a long wait she finally got back on and said to me "we see where you emailed us, we're allowed at least 72 hours to get back in touch with you". I told her that I've been trying almost a month to get service and she was rude and cut me off and said someone will be contacting you. I'm so pissed off. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with.
