We are a 70-unit condo with 15 common-area air conditioners. Frazier has our business. You can't beat Jeff [redacted] on response time, service, and price for repairs and replacements. We stopped bidding out replacement units a long time ago, no one can beat Frazier. As difficult as it is to find service people much less someone that is reliable and price-friendly, Frazier is one to get and hold on to! A lot of residents use Jeff for their unit air conditioners, too.

We called Frazier's at 7:30AM and were told that a technician would arrive between 8 and 10AM. Their tech, Jeff, arrived at 8:30, got right to work, found a defective starting capacitor, and without our even thinking about it, called the Bryant factory to see if it happened to be covered under warranty. It was! He only charged us for his labor!
Jeff was efficient and knowledgeable and we would recommend Frazier's to everyone!
