Yes [redacted] did contact me about a problem with his system. I personally went to his home.  Upon arriving he walked me thru the house we did not hear any beeping, after all that was the complaint.  I tried to find out which alarm was beeping  they couldn't remember. ...

he made me pick up all the alarms, he said he did not want them.  I took them to see if there was anything wrong with them, in the four days I had them there was no trouble with the alarms.  When [redacted] called now he wanted them back I said great Ill bring them back I took them to he but he would not let me put them up, he wanted them to give away. so I gave them to him.  Our product has a good warranty its not a money back warranty but we will fix or replace  I hope this will take care of this[redacted]
