I received a bill for a "no show office visit" dated 6/11/12 for $25.00. When I got the notice, I called the phone number on the bill the same day. I called the number and inquired about the bill to find out which doctor the appointment was with. I was told she did not have to tell me. She said, "Since the company had my name and address", they could charge me for a no show appointment. She, called herself "Missy doctor" and, she would not tell me who the doctor was and she was really nasty about it.
