Contacted this company for parts for a CJPressurization Controller and was confirmed that they had both parts Was ask to wire transfer the money for the parts and they would ship them outhave email correspondence to support upon receiving the funds they indicated that they could not locate one of the parts and tried to get us to accept a different part than we ordered and paid for We told them we would not accept the part they wanted to substitute because it wasn't the correct part for our aircraft At this time the company indicated it was their fault and they would issue a refund This has been ongoing since March and they will not send the refund in the amount of and we cannot get anyone from the company to return or accept our phone calls or emails
