was still covered for parts warranty through TRANE which means the parts are covered but labor is not.  With him knowing this, and his knowledge of HVAC, he asked us if he could remove the coil himself and bring it to us to avoid our technician service fee.  Mr. [redacted] (Owner of SAS) agreed to not charging for a field service fee. I have attached the invoice that gives a step by step process that we have to do in order to return and process his coil.  He is only being charged for this portion of the whole transaction.  The bill of over $1,200.00 was billed to us from TRANE untill the old coil was delivered to them and then it was zeroed out.  Once we knew there were no charges from TRANE then we invoiced for the $85.00+ Tax. As of today Feb 21, 2017 we have yet to hear from this customer regarding this issue. The last we heard from him was when he dropped off his coil.  We have only heard about this issue from TRANE PR department regarding a negative facebook post on their page from this customer and this email from Revdex.com regarding this complaint.  If they would have contacted us at anytime, this issue may have not been an issue at all. Look forward to resolving this issue and making all parties happy.Thank youSouthwest Air Systems
