A representative from the business called Revdex.com and said that a check for $was sent to the consumer on 8/25/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Line has no representation, they also stated to me they do charge for the service. My point is if they do charge, why was a bill not sent to my office for years . but they demand payment when I cancelled the lease. There is no proof of such a bill. Who Makes up how much they chargeAlso, how would one know how much snow was removed if any.... Bottom Line: Security is used for property Damage, which non occurred, we where never late on any rent, and furthermore, one cannot make up what is owed without proof. Secondly, I am not responsible for stop payment on a check that was never received or any proof of such check even existed I still Demand my Full Refund

Representative called stating that check # 467 was sent for $450 on 8/25/2015, the rest of the $1100 covered the tenants responsibility for the snow plowing from the last 2 winters...

they were there. It states in the lease agreement that snow removal is paid by tenant, in paragraph 6. If he wants me to reissue a check for the $450, he will do so , but will also deduct the amount it costs to stop payment on the first check.
