Business states that they left a voicemail for the consumer when customers come in we ask them how many bottles that have and then we take out the non-deposit bottles (bottles that have no money value) teas, gator aid, etc...........So sometimes when consumers come in the feel that they have more
than they do

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At most, there could have been 9 beer cans that had no deposit value from a friend's visit from out of town.  I separate everything else out so there weren't any other recyclables mixed in.  Even with those 9, there are still about 100 cans not accounted for.  Again--I'm not looking for anything, I just want to make sure people are aware of what happens if they don't count their cans.  Lesson learned--thanks!
