This is an invalid complaint & holds no truth whatsoever. This alleged "customer" is an ex-girlfriend of one of the owners of this business, and this is an attempt to tarnish anything that he is tied to. These two individuals have just recently ended their relationship & emotions obviously...

have taken control of personal actions.Please see the attached:1. Residential lease that shows this "customer" [redacted] and one of the business owners [redacted] living together as of recently.2. Ameren MO power bill that shows [redacted] at the same address as this alleged "customer".3. St. Louis City business license for the business Southtown Quality Collision, in the name of one of the owners [redacted].I have no doubt that these two individuals have money issues between them, & those issues are on a personal level. In no way does Southtown Quality Collision owe any money to any customer.
