Better Business... Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.As, stated in the initial complaint, [redacted] said that he did not know anything about my car being repoed. I believe that to be a false statement. He was fully aware of what had taken place. He told me that he would call me around noon on that day, after he talked the Corporate Office. I never received a phone call from the car dealership on the situation. I retured to the car lot to get some answers. The car was not there and they had removed all my belongings from the vehicle and placed them in the office. He was fully aware of speaking to my wife when he made the agreement that we could pay that following Friday. I believe that the [redacted] and the Compnay still owes me an apology and should refund what I spent on the car. There an agreement made between my wife [redacted] and [redacted] the day before the car was picked up at my work place. In which [redacted] did not hold up to his end of the agreement. [redacted], also lied about not knowing that my car had been repoed. He in fact knew that he had spoke to my wife and he knew that the car was picked up. And, not to mention that there are numerous personal belongings missing from my property including money that I never received. This is no way someone should conduct business.

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:As stated in the before response the complainant was behind on his vehiclepayments which was a default of the contract agreement. Also as stated in the before response I do not recall any conversation with the complainants wife. All the complainants' property that was returned to our office by the recovery company was returned to the complainant. As far as any personal belongings that may not have been returned to the complainant, the recovery company that we use is bonded and insured. The complainant my wish to contact the CorsicanaPolice Department, they would have that information.
