SouthStar Urgent Care

I went to south star before they open to be tested for COVID-19. The sign on the door says to ensure safety call the number instead of entering the building. A number of people were piling up around the building, some discussing how they go the virus from their husbands, some were not wearing masks. I went back to my car to call the number. The line said I was on hold and someone would assist me shortly. This was at 8 am when they opened. Around 8:15 I could see from my car a nurse named M came out of the building. M came out and started writing the people's names down on a clipboard. I was still on hold for the appointment like the doors instructions. When I walked up to her after people cleared out she said, "that's it for the day, we are only doing 21 test." I asked her about the directions on the door. I told her I didn't feel comfortable about being in a line with people not wearing a mask or social distancing and that I followed their rules. She said that she was the nurse and the receptionist today and she was sorry but this is how they are doing it now and walked back in. As a health care provider this is unacceptable. They are letting people exposed to COVID-19 be in close proximity to each other and she took appointments of people not wearing a mask even though their sign says it's required.
