Ms***, Per our conversation, our records do not show that Ms*** was a customer at Southside Used or Northside
Ford. I searched our current database by name and phone number. I also checked the database we had in effect in 2014. We record not only customers who purchase, but also attempt to purchase. We do not show her on either database. In addition, I researched the stock number, and it shows that it was sold to another individual around the same time Ms*** lodged the complaint.
