Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/11) */ I reviewed the service records here at the dealership, the services have been performed Each service including the km one is clearly indicated that the tires were not worn out and not due for replacing and no indication of premature tire wear If we felt tires were required we would have notified you In the event that you would have required tires and an alignment at the time of our service there was no overlap in repairs or service charges, in other words it would have cost you the same as you paid plus the cost of tires and alignment In reviewing the service records I do not see where you were charged for service that you did not receive therefore I do not agree to a refund Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/11/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Oh really? You would have notified me about the tires being worn out? Just like you DID NOT notify me about the tire rotation being done [redacted] My point, again, is that you rotated the tires (which no one told me about) and then a week later it was brought to my attention that they were toe wornIt takes a lot longer than a week to wear tires out as much as they were[redacted]
