Were sold a vehicle with flood damage which was not disclosed We purchased in good faith a used truck for a customer and upon getting it from North Carolina found sever dirt, sand, silt within itThere is significant rust with filth, sand and silt under vinyl flooring, inside door panel, caked in frame, etcThe car at first glance looked okay but all rubber hoses were dirt stained even after they had cleaned itThis led of to look closer and it went from bad to worseIn addition to what we saw we suspect that residue is within electrical system, and well as some of the componentsWhen we called them we were told it was dust from red dirt, which makes no senseThe areas that we mentioned are air tight and dust could never get to themIt appears that truck was submerged and that explains how all of the silt/sand got where it isThey did try cleaning the truck and even painted the frame but neglected to clean the inside of frame which is caked with this residueWe have suggested

I purchased a *** from this dealerSales rep stated they would be happy to ship it to FloridaI paid for shippingI asked if they would still clean the truck and fill the gas tank as if I was picking up the truck in person...he said, "yes"The driver of the shipping company told me that when he picked up the truck it had a dead battery and no fuelHe did not want me thinking he damaged the truck or ran out the fuel in itUpon arrival, I confirmed that the truck was dirty, had only miles till empty, a dead battery and the electronic function of the front seat was broken The seat does not move forward/backwardI called the dealer to speak with the sales repHe just passed the phone to the "customer service" guyThis man was very reluctant to offer any help He said, "...my hands are tied" I would have liked if they said, "we'll have it taken to your local dealer to get the seat fixed and we'll mail you money or a gift card to get the truck a full
