VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE My wife took my son at the Southpoint quality Dental office.The dentist took care of my son in less than mnHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOBThe issue is with the front officeThe assistant manager made us pay $for a limited oral exam, when a full oral exam cost $78, and this knowing that my son would need a full oral exam for the other teethWe could have killed two births with one stone hereBut she wanted us to come back another day to pay $for a full oral exami called her after the fact she kept arguing,telling me my wife was late for her appointment, and then HANGED UP the phone on meI believe good customer service would have been to explain to us that we could save $by having a full oral exam done It is sad that one person attitude reflects negatively on the entire dental office
