We had been in contact with the customer since his problem began. We replaced his damaged window on Tuesday - January 6th - 2015. I called the customer on Tuesday - January 13th - to see if everything was to his satisfaction. I have not heard back from him yet so I assuming
that his complaint has be satisfied.

Spoke to [redacted] on October 21, 2015 & told her that we had to order tempered glass for her bathroom window & as soon as it comes in we will schedule our service person to come replace the insulated glass unit.
