Buyer beware!
Owner, Robert Fiero, had another business called [redacted] who we had replace 19 windows in our home. When one of the windows leaked into our living room several months later, I called to discover that [redacted] had gone bankrupt. So, I called Anlin Windows, the window manufacture, who told me Fiero had opened this new business, Southland Home Improvements. They gave me his number. Fiero did send a young inexperienced installer out to seal the leak and poorly patch my wall (I wound up redoing the bad plaster and paint job myself). Recently I tried four times to contact Fiero because my gardner accidentally damaged one of the window sill coverings. In my messages to Fiero, I explained that the damage was in no way his previous company's fault; I was wanting to simply pay him to come out and do the repair. He never got back to me. It wasn't until last week (10/22/15) that a contractor who is painting the exterior of our home pointed out to me that the reason why all the seals around our windows are terribly discolored was because the wrong sealant was used on our windows. He also pointed out places where the seal was missed. My advice is to stay away from any business owned and / or operated by Robert Fiero.
