Review: We are a not for profit agency in New York who provide services to over 1,300 indivuduals with 50 residential locations. This business solicited business from out residential programs without going through our Purchasing department. We have repeatedly as them to not solicite our agency as we are not interested in our business. They are harassing us to collect on invoices that we have no proof of them delivering the product or that they had authority to do business with us.Desired Settlement: That they stop requesting payment from us.

Review: We have been harassed by this company over product that we did not order and was supposedly shipped to us. We have looked on the California Secretary of State website and can find no valid corporation or company registered under this name. We therefore question the validity of the amount being charged to us.Desired Settlement: We would like all charges removed and them to never contact us again. Additionally, we would like for them to not to attempt to scam anyone else in the future.

Review: We received notice from a collection agency that we owed over $4,000 to this business. We never ordered any items from this business, and never saw any invoices or had any contact with this business until the call from the collection agency over a year later from the alleged delivery of goods. Business is now out of operation, unable to talk with business about this. Collection agency is no help in trying to determine what these goods are and what recourse my business has.Desired Settlement: I would like to be removed from collections for products we did not receive and because the business is out of operation and cannot provide me with proof of ordering.
