lack of communication from company, lack of follow through, lack of following written contract esp re:our property/grounds, & safety of consumr w/nail
We feel as the consumer once we signed the loan paper work on September 28th ish the communication stopped
Prior to signing loan we were told October start date
Emails were to: ***@*** and ***@***
Emailed: October 935a checking in and if start date still was
Emailed: October 1:15on following up again (no response to 10/16/18)
No response from emails
October called XXXXXXXXXX
Got Jade, I asked if coming today said no behind by two days in job, will be there Friday Saturday
And did we pick out shingles
Immediately contacted neighbors we picked out shingles and Emailed SOUTHERS with shingle style
Never came Friday not Saturday and no communication to the consumer
Yes it was going to rain but are we to assume no show
Then we saw no rain for October 30th and
