WORST PLACE EVER!!!!Collinsworth is the worst shop in GarlandWent in to get an alignment and *** the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixedHe then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignmentSo we paid for a service that was not doneAs I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me "you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back"He was so unprofessional and just plain meanHe wanted to charge over $to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $(alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX)In my opinion they are thieves!!!!
