I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
Attn: [redacted] I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] To address all of the complaints in the file received:Engine Problems.We do not sell vehicles with engine problems and or bad engines.? every other week.That is correctBut when we run the credit card as instructed to and it is declined or there is not sufficent funds availableThe credit card machine gives what is in there up to the requestOn 12/5/we received of the that was dueWe advised the customer via txt message that had happened, ignoredThat left the account past due along with a late feeOn 12/18/a payment of was due plus the to equal [redacted] is correct we ran the card for the to make her brothers account currentSince she never responded to our txt messagesFraud." Fraudulent Charge "Those are very powerful wordsWe have been in business since To commit fraud over seems a bit over the topIf [redacted] is short on her other bills, I'm not quite sure that would be considered my faultSince she instructed Abrams Automotive to charge her account Bi WklyIt would seem to me that she defaulted on her brothers accountLegal Recourse.I'm not clear on what that meansIs [redacted] going to take me to court for the 21.89? Or is she going to sue me for doing something illegal and try to get some punitive damages for the 21.89? After all between her and her brother they have defaulted on the finance contract.Advice: Respond to our txt messages since we are trying to resolve a issueWe have only received what was agreed to, ie ( bi wkly )If that is illegal then so be itBut a judge is going to have to tell me I have broken the lawI think that this is such a crazy thing to have to do on a Saturday morningInstead of trying to make some money for my store to keep the doors openSo the employees I have working here make a livingI'm taking my time to deal with a issue.? Complaint ***Upon reading Revdex.com letter you must look at original complaint & receipt that customer has in her possessionThe car was brought into shop for an overheating problemAfter diagnosis of general & customary checks ( thermostat , coolant leaks etc )
which does consume timeWe along with other repair shops charge an hourly rateWe had to isolate problem and after confirming these initial issues all were within safe tolerances we were able to diagnose cooling fan not working properlyThere can be the motor itself or numerous sensors that control operation along with a possible wiring malfunctionWe were able to check and diagnose repair said vehicle for an approximate cost of an hour & a quarter at per hour rate charge which to me is taking into consideration she is a customer of ours that purchased car from usYou can imagine the cost of repairing this vehicle in today's marketI tried to explain this to Ms*** but other involvement of her family precipitated the conversationShe did bring car back on another day for smoking near the windshield areaThis was also looked at another time & we noticed that the valve cover was leaking oilAt this time the car wasn't running hot so our repair was correct & unmentionedWe tightened the valve covers down the best we could along with cleaning oil from around the affected areaThis was performed at no charge making the original repair even more of a valueI gave her an approximate price at this time to repair oil leakThe leak is on the complete other side of the engine compartment that we were working onNothing was disturbed as to make the car run poorIt makes no sense to create another problem as she is a valued customer that pays her bills on timeIf I may be help in anyway please don't hesitate to respondThanking you in advanceSincerely, *** ***

I contacted the company after its rude response to explain the fraud is running someone's card without permission for a greater or less than amountThere was one text sent after hours saying they ran the card for less to MY brothers phoneThe company took it upon themselves to collect a debt without permission or proper contact to either the loan holder or card holderRegardless of the amount funds were removed from a private account without notice or consent resulting in fraudThey were alse rude and unprofessional during the call Also I didn't speak on their inventory only the car I have seen and it has in fact had engine issues that they were made aware of after the 3rd dayI was told to bring it in but they couldn't say how long they needed to keep it.my brother purchased another vehicle that same weekIt has been parked since the first month due to the engine and starter, yet we continued to pay on it weekly with no payment issuesThe fact that they don't view this act as Fraud due to its monetary value is very unsettlingIf companies could just run people's accounts for payments totaling the amount due or past due at their discretion there would be no need for the FDCPA OR CREDIT AGREEMENTSI stand by the claim and will insure this practice is correctedIf only they would have been as prompt to place a call to agree on an amount sas they were the negative response there would be no issue. What you all are missing is this; The overheating that I originally put my car in the shop for was never Fix, so I paid for?? Re-wiring that did not fix the problem Because when I pick my car up 02/03/and drove home and parked my car was still smoking from the same area And had a test drive been done you would have saw this So I put car back in your shop; That's when you tell me I have oil leak, and what the cost would be; I ask can I pay half and put other on my bill No was the answer from "Rob" Talk to Terry, just trying to get some HELP On 03/03/16, I came in to pay my note, and pick up my carRob, was in the showroom, so he told me what he had done for me, at no chargeBut than in the same voice told me " I got SMART, and was whining about how much I had to pay previously" All while mocking me in my voice pitch (which is due to a medical condition)Then stated, "you talked to my brother about this, what did you think was going to happen"? I felt humiliated and not like a VALUED CUSTOMER That pays her bill on time every month, never never lateSo after your at "NO CHARGE SERVICE", check engine light came on and it wasn't on before, it's choking, and backfiring I called back and talked to Matt, I didn't get to get back with him, had to leave town for family emergency on 03/04/16, So my car set for the weeks I was gone My car is worse than before I brought it in there I am so sick over this, and no one of you will hear me or want to hear me out I paid my note for April, for a car I can not DRIVE properly I was not looking for anything FREE!!! Had no complaint about the PRICEI only asked if I could pay half, and put rest on bill, help me get my car fix, and be able to pay my note I am a loyal paying Committed customer I have been disrespected, ignored, mocked and lied to Regards,

it is declined or there is not sufficent funds available. The credit card machine gives what is in there up to the 135.00 request. On 12/5/15 we received 113.11 of the 135.00 that was due. We advised the customer via txt message that had happened, ignored. That left the account 21.89 past due along with a 5.00 late fee.. On 12/18/15 a payment of 135.00 was due plus the 21.89 to equal 156.89. [redacted] is correct we ran the card for the 156.89 to make her brothers account current. Since she never responded to our 2 txt messages.3. Fraud." Fraudulent Charge ". Those are very powerful words. We have been in business since 1961. To commit fraud over 21.89 seems a bit over the top. If [redacted] is short on her other bills, I'm not quite sure that would be considered my fault. So the 10 employees I have working here make a living. I'm taking my time to deal with a 21.89 issue. Settlement:I have instructed my secretary to credit his account 5.00 for the late fee.
